How Hireposture maps to the Integrity Framework

Hireposture is operated by Startvest LLC under The Integrity Framework v1.0. This statement records how the framework's layers are implemented in this product. Where a layer is not yet implemented, this page says so and what closes the gap.

Status: Pre-MVP scaffold. Most Layer 2 / Layer 3 rows below are NEEDS UPDATE because the audit pipeline, record generation, and audit trail are not yet in production.

What Hireposture sells

A pre-posting structured review for job descriptions, scoped to ADA Title I qualification-standard risk patterns. Two surfaces: a review pipeline that produces a timestamped record + append-only trail row, and a curated rule library that the review runs against. Customers pay for the review-and-record tooling. Hireposture never certifies a JD as compliant.

PASS

Sells the documentation outcome (a defensible review chain), not a "JD-certified" badge. Disclaimer mandatory on every record and version-tracked.

2. Independence

STRONG PASS

Hireposture does not perform human ADA legal review and does not certify customer JDs. No financial conflict; the product is never paid to declare a customer compliant.

3. Verifiability

PARTIAL (PRE-BUILD)

Findings will trace to specific rules with version stamps. Pipeline ships in Phase 2; flips to PASS when the audit can be re-derived from (rule_library_version, source_text, finding_set).

4. AI Accountability

Two-pass design (triage + structured extraction). Memo signing flow ships in Phase 3; flips to PASS when the human-reviewer signature gate is wired.

5. Pricing-Rigor Alignment

PASS

Per-workspace subscription tiered by review volume. No "unlimited audits" pressure. Annual discount standard. No certification-badge upsell.

6. TechCrunch Test

Defensible claims today: append-only trail, 7-year retention, public-source rule library. Marketing scrubbed of aspirational claims pending counsel review of the rule library.

7-year retention floor matches EEOC charge-investigation period. Workspace cancellation does not delete trail or records. CI rule blocks hard-delete code paths.

Independent Verification Hooks

Designed: a read-only auditor role for an external party (employment counsel, investigator under subpoena) to inspect a workspace’s trail without the product mediating.

Mid-market HR procurement does not require SOC 2 at the Starter / Team tier. Framework conformance is the load-bearing trust signal at this tier. The framework-aligned audit is independent employment-counsel review of the rule library + sampled records: deferred pending external funding.

Sales qualification: identify HR Director (champion) AND employment counsel (technical buyer / sign-off) at the customer. Pre-MVP this is a sales-process commitment, not a product enforcement.
